Hi,
I am swimming Peaks for the first time. I have been training in the pool (SPortland) and trying to get groups together for open water swims in SP and Scarborough.
I started a facebook group called P2P Swim. So far, we are only the 3 of us, me and Dannette and Elizabeth (lifeguards at SP pool). We are all around the same level, which is a bit below yours. We are aiming for a swim in Scarborough July 3rd. Join if you are interested.

Cool - I will join now! July 3rd I will be in OOB but will see if I can get some childcare to join you.
I have no experience with ginger, save that I use candied ginger or ginger tea to combat an unsettled stomach.
